The days of simply applying to a job are NOT enough to get your foot in the door.  You need a great PROFILE too.  Employers and HR representatives today LOOK online for QUALITY CANDIDATES just like you look online for jobs.

You WANT to be in our candidate database to get found.  There at TWO ways to do this – each explained in a short video below:

  1. Create your candidate profile by simply IMPORTING your existing LinkedIn profile.  Then just attached your existing Word or PDF document file to your profile.  That’s it….takes about 2-3 minutes in total.

  2. Create a candidate profile by manually filing out the requested information (longer method – but faster if you have a resume to look at while your retype the information already in your resume).  You would still attach your local document to your profile as well.
